Bari Cosmetics had been using GDSN for some time with another Solution Partner but was looking for something better. Being in the cosmetics industry, Bari had a number of products with complex packaging scenarios that were always problematic with their former Solution Partner. GDSN just wasn’t as easy as it should be.
Switching to Sync/PDI was easy. Aligntrac’s support team took care of migrating all of Bari’s data, publications and historical information. In addition, the migration provided a bit of a “data tune-up” as Sync/PDI’s comprehensive validations frequently identify either gaps or data that no longer meets current GDSN validation rules.
